Facial peeling ТСА (Trichloracetic Acid)

 

Facial peeling TCA (Trichloracetic Acid) is a medium peeling.

 

TCA allows correcting wrinkles, and also:

  • Get rid of superficial wrinkles
  • Promote skin smoothing
  • Cure acne
  • Reduce pigmentation, sun damages, dark spots

 

TCA peels can be used on different body parts: neck, hands, shoulders, back. It is also used to remove old undesired tattoos.

Depending on the skin problems, different percentages from 10 to 50% of TCA are used by skin care professionals.

To prepare skin for TCA procedure, products with Retin A or AHA are usually used.

TCA peels damage skin. It becomes red, flaky, even swollen. The most common effect is skin discoloration.

 

Do not use:

  • If you are pregnant or nursing
  • If you have recently undergone chemotherapy, radiation, or any treatments with retinoid contained products
  • On irritated skin, or recently exfoliated skin
