Facial Massage
 Facial massage is one of the several effective ways to prevent wrinkles, stimulate lymph and local metabolic processes, improve skin color and tonus if done regularly.     Five minutes per day or several times a week with a course of ten sequences, which you repeat time to time, will give you visible results. Consult your Physician before doing self massage at home. Make sure you do not have any skin inflammatory diseases, expanded veins, serious heart diseases, or hypertonia. Before doing self massage, you need to remember the massage lines – the lines of the least stretching of skin, their position and direction. All cosmetic procedures on the face are made on the massage lines.  

 In facial massage not only direction movements are important, but also duration and force of pressure. All receptions of performance of massage are carried out by the weakened fingers, easy and rhythmical movements. The more gently, more softly and rhythmical the movements will be - the more effective massage will be. In order to the movements be rhythmical, at their performance you need to count: one-two-three-four... Each reception needs to be repeated 3 times.   Massage receptions: tapotement and stroking.   Tapotement is carried out by small pillows of fingers of both hands. You can also massage simultaneously with four fingers of both hands which will render a more energetic influence, or serially with small pillows of average and anonymous fingers as at a game on a grand piano that causes reduction of obverse muscles, skin tension, and blood circulation improvement. Stroking carry out with finger-tips or a palm surface of fingers. Stroking weakens muscles, improves blood circulation, relaxes, removes exhaustion, is useful for headaches and insomnia. Stroking is begun on the neck, gradually rising upwards on massage lines from the chin to forehead. After the last movement, fix or press the part of the skin where the last movement has ended for couple of seconds being careful not to move and stretch the skin.Each movement by each massage line should be done an even amount of times: two, four, six and so on. In order for to fingers slide well on a skin surface, it is necessary to use an emollient cream, vegetable oils or their combination: a cream with oil. To prepare the skin for facial massage, clean it from make-up and dirt with a gentle cleanser. Then, apply a vegetable oil or an emollient cream.
