Anti-Aging Mask With Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera juice is an effective stimulator. It fastens cell turnover processes, which thereby prevents and fights aging. To increase its potency, juice should be prepared from the bio-stimulated Aloe Vera leaves.
To do so, lower leaves of the plant and cut on the side at the very base, then tear away. It prevents them from losing juice.
Then, put them on the plate and cover with another plate (or wrap in a dark cloth or paper) and put in the fridge for 12 days.
During this time, special substances are forming in leaves. They have been named biogenic stimulators.
Preparation:
In 12 days, cut dark parts of leaves, wash them in warm water. In juicer, extract juice from these leaves; or place them in a blender or a kitchen processor and with a help of the cheese cloth, squeeze the juice.
Apply Aloe Vera juice on face and neck for 10 minutes 2-3 times per week.

Anti-Aging Facial Wash With Amla
Amla is an Ayurvedic plant which has been treasured in India for centuries because of its antioxidant power and high amount of vitamin C.
Because Amla berries contain antioxidants, masks from Amla have anti-aging properties.
To prepare the mask, take 2 teaspoons of Amla powder and pour ½ cup hot boiled water. Let it brew for 30 minutes to one hour. You can also add 1 tablespoon of oatmeal.
Use as a facial wash or apply on skin as a paste for 10-15 minutes.

Anti-Aging Face Masks Recipes With Turmeric
Turmeric contains curcuminoids which are plant-based antioxidants and have strong anti-aging properties. Masks with turmeric regenerate cells, and whiten skin.
Mix 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder with cucumber juice to get a paste texture, and apply on face for 15 minutes. This mask smooths and whitens skin.
For a nourishing mask, mix turmeric with a plant oil, such as olive or grapeseed oil or coconut oil/shea butter. Apply the created paste on skin for 30 minutes.

Anti-Aging Face Masks Recipes With Seaweed (Kelp Powder)
Seaweed is enriched with minerals and trace elements (calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, iron, iodine, sodium, selenium, zinc), vitamins (A, B-complex, C, E, K), and amino acids.
Facial masks with seaweed have the qualities of a natural face lift by delivering the important nutrients to the skin, which in turn repair damaged cells, rejuvenate, sooth and reduce redness of the skin.
They also help gently clean, exfoliate and purify skin, heal burns and cuts thanks to iodine and other microelements. Besides the anti-aging properties, seaweed masks are helpful for treating acne.
Mix 1 tbsp of kelp powder with 1 tbsp of clean water to get a creamy texture. Add ½ tsp of organic raw honey, and mix well. Apply on the clean dry face for 15 minutes.
For dry skin add 1 tbsp of olive oil. For normal to oily, acne prone skin add Aloe Vera gel instead of oil. Repeat 2 times per week for the best results.
